Will to Transform
In this work, Fundación Telefónica Venezuela registers, evaluates and presents the results of the Telefonica Volunteers program after its first 10-year course. This action allows Telefonica´s employees to share their time, their knowledge and their resources with communities with special needs –or to dedicate them to work for a better environment- and it can serve as a model for other corporate responsibility initiatives within privately-held companies.
