New Technologies, New Jobs and New Organisations
The technological changes resulting from the new convergence of telecommunications and applications of the Information Society have obvious consequences in the creation of new knowledge, new jobs and new organisations. However, the problems of the future will not be in the area of technology, but rather in the new social outlooks and in how it will become necessary to adapt productive organisations and social protection models to the demands of constant adaptability required by markets. This is also true for the requirements of social cohesion and competitiveness in the medium term, to avoid heading towards social exclusion and inefficiency of the corporate fabric in the medium term.
