INtrepreneurs. Experiences and Reflections on the Art of Intra-entrepreneurship within Organisations
We all know that there are genuine “entrepreneur employees” in every organisation, from Public Administrations or Universities to the major business corporations. Although they could be described using the term 'intrapreneur', for this book we have chosen the term 'INprendedor' in Spanish (something like 'INpreneur' in English), which has a touch of Spanglish about it. I hope you will be able to forgive us for our linguistic daring! These are very important profiles in any area that who promote the movement of the "elephant’s legs" with agile and disruptive projects within a scenario of a certain resistance to change, either due to the size or to the tendency to continue marching to the beat set by everyday activities. In a high percentage of cases they face the same challenges (and even some added ones) as the traditional entrepreneur: battling inside the organisation for a budget, in-house barriers/ skills more complicated than the outer market, etc.
