Best Practices Systematization
This work explains how Fundación Telefonica Classrooms in Hospitals (FTCH) work, the principles and theories which gave them birth, their daily routine and the knowledge and experience drawn from a project which deserves to be replicated. It also presents the best practices arised since the birth of this action in 2000, which preserves the Human Rights of hospitalized children and teenagers.
